Everything was very comfortable, unbeatable location not far from beaches and walking trail around peninsula and an amazing seafood restaurant, affable staff. The atmosphere created was quiet! The services were very good, including enjoyable breakfasts and free parking if needed. Appreciated our stay.

The units are spotless and well-designed with beautiful views and a balcony. The staff were helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was enjoyable and offered at very reasonable prices. I had a great experience at Cosmai Residence. The hotel's convenient location next to the bus station made it easy to explore the area. The value for money at the Cosmai Residence was excellent! The room was spacious, clean, and had a stunning view of the sea. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and a short walk to the Old Town. Mark, the owner, was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even better.

The breakfast selection could have been more diverse.

During my Thanksgiving holidays, I stayed at a hotel with amazing rooms. The beds were comfortable, the views were breathtaking, and the rooms were incredibly clean. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee machine and well-equipped shared kitchen, which provided me with all I needed to cook a nice meal. it was quite convenient that the hotel was close to a bus stop, and it only took around 15 minutes to get to the main attractions and nice beaches.

One thing that bothered me was that the common kitchen wasn't always cleaned properly, leaving some dirty utensils and a few stains. although I enjoyed the fridge in the room, it was a bit noisy during the night, which might be a problem for light sleepers.

I recently stayed at this hotel in a quieter area away from the tourist busy areas of the city. One of the highlights of my stay was the stunning view over the bay from my room's balcony. Nothing not to love.

As party people, we loved the vibrant atmosphere and lively crowd at the residence. The on-site bar and nightclub offered a great selection of drinks and music, keeping the party going all night long.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Great location, close to the sea and public transport. Good facilities with a shared kitchenette that was well stocked with everything we needed. The host was friendly and provided good recommendations for local places to visit and eat. Plus, the area around the hotel was really peaceful and quiet, perfect for a relaxing city break getaway.

The shower doors in the bathroom had a bit of an issue. They didn't close evenly, which led to water leaking out and flooding the bathroom floor.
